Implementing Visions for Change

Emergency Supply Products

The Story

The social collapse that wars and natural disasters create pose a particular danger to women and children. As instability increases, the abuse and sexual violence of vulnerable populations often becomes more prevalent. An immediate response is critical in today’s world because the extent of these threats is already massive. In 2022, over half a billion women were living within 50 kilometers of an armed conflict area. Meanwhile, nearly three in every five cities with a population of 500,000 or more is at risk for natural disasters. Due to how many people are now at elevated risk, Women of W.A.R.S looks to develop the infrastructure and support to protect populations that are the most unsafe during any of these devastating events.

Our Response

Partnering the Aj the Gombey and Bermuda utilizing the legendary culture of the GombeyS to unify as one outside of religion, and race to build a sacred place for women right and protections We believe the best outcomes begin with developing support infrastructure before disasters strike. Therefore, we will begin with premeditated strategies for sanctums and deterrence products through the partnership with AJ the GOMBEY.

The KatKing W.A.R.S. Commission — operating through the AJ Action Team — is a Pan-African
diaspora development initiative founded in Bermuda on March 22, 2026. It operates at the
intersection of cultural diplomacy, economic sovereignty, and community development, using AJ
the Little Gombey as its central cultural ambassador and intellectual property asset.
The initiative draws its philosophical foundation from the John Canoe tradition — a resistance
masquerade rooted across the British empire — and Bermuda's unique Gombey culture,
extending that warrior spirit ('W.A.R.S.') into a 21st-century platform for diaspora unity,
commerce, and self-determination. The name 'KatKing' reflects a signature brand identity,
whose logo — two mirrored Bermuda maps forming a butterfly and cat silhouette — is designed
as a globally recognizable cultural mark.
The commission's formation coincides with a significant geopolitical moment: Ghana's passage
of a UN reparations resolution on March 25, 2026, with the US voting against and Britain
abstaining. The team interprets this as both urgency and opportunity for diaspora-led, sovereign
economic infrastructure, independent of traditional Western institutional frameworks.

Mansa Humanitarian Foundation Presents: W.A.R.S

Women's Safety in War Zones: AJ the Gombey and W.A.R.S Project Unites Global Forces to Combat Abuse and Rape
Responding to the urgent need for action, the Mansa Humanitarian Foundation,
Haitian women from all ten districts of Haiti, and the Queen Mothers Sanctum have joined forces to
develop the W.A.R.S  Initiatives. The Initives, aims to spotlight the
escalating issue of abuse and rape of women during times of war not just in Haiti but globally, in regions
such as Israel, Gaza, and Congo among others.

AJ the Gombey will Championing The  Woman W.A.R.S project, an integral part of the demonstration, is designed with a dual
purpose: to raise public awareness of this deeply entrenched problem and to lay the groundwork for
protective measures designed to safeguard women and children from the horrors of war.

Marshon Norvell Kincy, an Economic Developer involved in the initiative, commented, "The brutality that
women face during wartime is a global issue that needs immediate attention. Through our efforts, we
hope to shift the narrative, giving voice to the voiceless, and creating tangible solutions for women in the
crossfire of conflict."

An innovative component of the project is the creation of Queen Mother Sanctums - safe zones equipped
with food, medical supplies, sanitation facilities, and water for long-term housing. These safe zones will
be strategically located in territories where vulnerable women can easily access them during war times.

Additionally, the sanctums will be guarded by specially trained security staff. When war is declared, these
sanctums will be secured with barb-wire to further ensure the safety of the women and children seeking
refuge.

To complement the Queen Mother Sanctums, the foundation will also distribute WOMAN WAR KITS.
These kits, designed to be used like emergency first aid kits, will be stocked with essential supplies that
can last for years and be of immediate use to women during times of conflict.

The W.A.R.S project is a rallying cry for the protection of assault survivors and an effort to
champion women safety in the face of war, reaching out to millions across the globe. This initiative stands
as a beacon of hope, resilience, and determination, underlining the collective resolve to safeguard the
rights and dignity of women, irrespective of the circumstances.

AJ the Gombey is the beginning. The Mansa Humanitarian Foundation, the Haitian women,
and the Queen Mothers Sanctum are committed to driving this mission forward, ensuring that the voices
of women in war zones are heard, their plights recognized, and their safety prioritized.

Together, we can change the narrative. Together, we can make a difference. The time for action is now.
Join us in our mission to protect, empower, and uphold the dignity of women, not just in Haiti, but across
the globe.

AJ the Gombey will recognize the abuse and rape of women during WAR from Israel.
Gaza, Congo wherever you find war and natural Disasters you can also find that the abuse and rape of
women rises.

Key Takeaways
AJ the Gombey, Bermuda The Mansa Humanitarian Foundation, Haitian women from all districts of Haiti, and the Queen Mothers
Sanctum have launched the W.A.R.S  demonstration to raise awareness of the global issue of abuse
and rape of women during times of war.

AJ the Gombey and W.A.R.S project will establish Queen Mother Sanctums, safe zones loaded with
necessary supplies and guarded by trained security staff, to protect women and children in war times.
The project will also distribute WOMAN WAR KITS, emergency supplies designed to last for years and
provide immediate support to women during conflicts.

To best secure women that will be in need of support, AJ the Gombey will begin with premeditated strategies to
develop the infrastructure needed to protect them before wars start. To implement this, we will
create fundraisers to develop safety zones and medical centers for women. These will be Queen
Mothers’ Sanctums located in territories that vulnerable women will have access to during war.
Facilities will store food, water, medical, and sanitation supplies for the long-term sheltering of
women. When war is declared, the sanctums will also be secured with barbed wire and
specially trained security staff for women and children.

We will also distribute W.A.R.S Deterrence Kits. These kits will be used much like emergency first aid kits that can sit for years,
yet be useful to women during times of war.

These deterrence kits will include (but are not limited to):

1. One year supply of birth control
2. Three plan B abuse packs
3. 3 menstrual reusable cups
4. Bear Spray and extra cartridge deterrence kit
5. 2 Tasers: large (adult) & small (child) deterrence kit
6. 90 -Day pack of feminine wipes

The deterrence kits will be utilized to protect and prevent abuse and rape during war. They are
also designed to address a variety of lifelong effects that women across the world may
experience due to abuse and rape. We at the AJ Action Team and Mansa Humanitarian Foundation thank you for
your anticipated support and partnership.
